Iam covid patient.

Doctor suggested me to take blood tests. Immediately i have done.But posts tests even after 2.5 days doctor appointment was not fulfilled.

When I called they fought with me and called impatient. Wantedly again they postponed doctor's consultation just because I questioned the delay.

I had paid 12500 for blood tests and other tests. I was waiting for 2.5 days to start medication but due to their negligence in treatment no medicine were prescribed .

Still waiting for doctor vedio call. Doctor said not to come directly but receptionist told arrogantly to come directly if I want to get treatment.

Govt hospital also can give good treatment than BGS.

We like BGS HOSPITAL service and been visiting it as our regular go to hospital, but the parking layout is governed by mafia i guess. they charge any random amount from 80 to 250 for an hour visit. they do not respect or follow the rate charts displayed for the parking.
And of course no covid protocol, no mask, no social distancing, if you asked them to charge the set amount mentioned in their rate chart they will come to fight.
Eventually they will take min 80 Rs and will never agree on giving you receipts.
this needs to stop

At BGS Global hospital, they are collecting parking charges on a hourly basis, without proper infrastructre, no flooring, no roofing, no safety & they demand the parking fee in advance i, e at the time of parking the vehicle itself, since we are visiting hospital we are uncertain about the time to be spent inside the hospital and they demand the parking fee only thru cash mode, no other payment options card/scan/online mode available.It is very embarassing. They provide a slip as parking receipt with a note "INCL OF GST" but no GST number provided. Looks like this unfair to collect parking fee without adequate facility & infratructure

I had been to BGS Vijayanagar, Bangalore hospital today for a scan.
Before scan one need to take water in large quantity. There was no water avaialble. No water cups to drink water.
Debit card machine was not working.

People at frontdesk reception are involved chatting with each other.

My nephew was admitted in BGS Global Hospital last year for brain tumor.
Dr. Venkatramana and his inexperienced junior doctors (Vikam, Amith) did the first surgery.
Dr. Venkatramana did not spend enough time during the first consultation .Immediately, he concluded that (within 10sec) surgery is must. He totally spend 30sec with us and didn’t even answer our basic queries.
He didn’t even talk to us after surgery. We tried to reach at least one doctor to explain discharge summary but no one was around. When nurse called junior doctor (vikarm) he didn’t respond properly.
Dr. Venkatramana and other doctors acted as if they were busy always. We always got different response from their staff and junior doctors.
After surgery is done, the stitches were not done properly. We had to consult external doctor to remove the unwanted thread.
Post-surgery, when we asked how much tumor was removed, they answered, as much as they could. It was reported as low growth tumor in biopsy report and also they said, he will be fine after surgery, but within a month, he got worsened and had to perform second surgery. Don’t know whether their biopsy report is trustworthy.
If surgery was not going to help, they would have told us not to do any surgery as it is not going to help anyway. At least, we would have avoided the side effects of surgery. They did the surgery for making money and gave pain along with tumor.
Junior doctors are always with neurology book. They don’t know how to answer our queries. For example, after surgery is done, we asked a query like when the fluid in brain will get settle down, one junior doctor said, if you give me a needle I will do it right away by punching it. Got this irresponsible answer from him.
Some of the nursing staff are very rude. Management is very poor. They are money oriented and not service oriented. Food is not hygienic, we could found plastic, hair in their foods. The same food is given to patients.
Bottom line, my humble request: Never ever visit this hospital .They will open the doors to visit god of death.

Mr. Rajarishi, Brand Manager - Communications has contacted us for a Press Release translation in the month of February 2016. We have deliver the Translation on time and raised an Invoice for Rs.600/-. He agreed to make the payment against delivery. It is 6 months now, and we are yet to receive our payment.

And, when contacted Mr. Rajarishi is giving silly reasons that we have bank account with TNSC Bank (though this has net banking facility) and electronic fund transfer can be done from anywhere in India). We suggested him to courier a cheque, but he never obliged.

This hospital is collecting money beforehand to treat a patient, but making very very delayed payment for its vendors. It is a shame on Global Hospitals.

Respected Sir, It has been an immense tragedy to my family when my Father passed away on 12th of OCT after he underwent a transplant operation on 9th Oct where my sister donated her liver. My family is still reeling with this heavy loss and my mother is still in a state of trauma. There was no official explanation to his death from the Hospital side, the death summary did not explain the exact cause of his death. I was handed the report without any explanation or at least basic humanitarian sympathies from your ICU staff. It was as if they have handed me a invoice of a consumer product. We had immense faith in the doctors at Global hospital which is totally shattered now, after conducting all the tests and clearance from all the departments my father underwent the surgery. He died in the ICU in less than 3 days’ time and yet no single doctor contacted the my family to explain the cause of this death. The amount for the operation was increased by RS 5 Lakhs from 19 to 24 lakhs in a span of few days when my father was admitted in the hospital. Even he was not allocated a room until we paid the difference amount. uc He died in 3 days time and the package was said to be valid for 21 days. Not a single rupee was refunded for the remaining 17 to 18 days even though the package amount was said to be collected for room rents, medications and surgery. We pooled in all the family savings and brought in debits for his surgery. We were made to caugh up more then Rs 32 lks for the various pre work up tests and infections treatment for both the Donor and Recipient. Please tell me how can I get justice against this huge unjustice to my family. I have every reciept and bill issued by the hospital. Dr G Srikanth of Gastro Entro Dept, BGS Global Hospital, Kengeri, Bangalore. is an inept and useless Surgeon.

In RajaRajeshwarei Nagar, Bangalore, several progressive people have died under his and BGS care.

Please AVOID BGS global and that Dr G Srikath at any cost.

BGS Bangalore - Kengeri is not at all good in emergency brain stroke treatment, we have lost very recently our cousin brother(22 years) who met a road accident (he got a minor brain stroke)... This hospital guys asked 10 lakhs for deposit initially some how my uncle arranged the money immediately in 2 hrs & deposited but still the treament did not went fine & most pathetic thing is u cant even see once the patient in icu & u will not even know if the patient is alive or dead in ICU (god only knows wat is happening in this hospital) they kept on saying he is in critical state for almost 2 days & did'nt allwed anyone to even see him from far in icu ..later the 2day evening told he is no more ....i think these guys have some strategy of making the business by not allwing the families & relatives to see patients ......Pleaseeee i request all the viewers to take the patient to a better well known hitech or very good experienced known hospital ....life does'nt come back once gone is gone forever!

Global Hospital Doctors are reckless, unprofessional and unethical.Recently my father in law had been operated for a prostate enlargement and the doctors assured him, that everything was successful and less than 3 months ....now my father in law has a bladder and a kidney infection and the doctors treating him say that the operation he underwent was unsuccessful. When my father in law wanted to confront the doctor about the fact, the doctor told him that he did right and however no one is going to live for ever ...and why my father in law was frowning.....What kind of a Doctor does he sound like....an irresponsible "PIG", who does not the feel of pain or life a total unfit for the profession../.... Please do not waste your money going to global hospital...they would just rip you off your money for nothing.......

I am getting frequent severe head ache. To cure it i came to bgs global hospital
they did mri and mentioned clot is there in head ,sugessted to admit for further diagnosis
they did all irrelevent tests and did mri also . Decided you dont have anything and psycological ill
My vision is redusing day by day . Eye tests mentined pheripheral diffectsvwrre seen
My memory is reducing day by day . I am diagnosed partial cirrosis and infected with bacteria
I have atherosclerosis . This causing PVD pherfferal vascular disease.

Rather than suspecting problem , with half knoledge he is deciding I am psycologicall ill
If a patient is coming tohospital , he will have some dificulty.
otherwise why people comes to hospital
Doctors should suspect each and every symptom of patient
simply believing lab reports

*BGS Global Hospital Neurology department Most of the doctors are young and Inexperienced

*They are not competitive enough to save life of a critically ill patients

* Death is compulsory if a brain stroke patient is admitted to stroke ICU of BGS global hospital

*They don't have a effective protocol to save the life of massive brain stroke patient

*Each doctor gives different opinion for the same patient in neurology dept

*They are very good at prolonging the life of a critically ill patient by providing ventilator,nor adrenalyl injection for heart to function , dialysis


*They simply say that the patient is STABLE even though he is near to death

*STROKE ICU is very costliest ICU in ASIA per day its almost more than 25000 RS

*Please don't trust BGS Global Neurology doctors

*If there is a need of surgery please take the openion of minimum 5 doctors and 4 of them says surgery is needed go ahead else think of alternative way

*Please dont think of surgery in BGS global hospital

*BGS Global hospital is costly and not worth to visit this hospital

*BGS Global hospital neurology doctors are not good at taking the decisions for surgery

One of the third class hospital where there is no proper treatment and hospitality.There is no good response from the staff and those blady receptionists don know anything.They bill for everything without any reason.Illegal abortions are done and there are no proper facilities.For each and everything one will come to convince you as she is the PRO and sometimes Admin also.One blady Medical director is there who is an oldman is good for nothing and instead of sitting at home he comes for timepass to the hospital.manager is an waste and does not respond to anything.They claim that it is a corporate hospital it is not even like a nursing home.
Frends don get admitted in hospital you will not get proper treatment and end up with complications and they will refer to main BGS hospital and it is still pathetic.

My father had a liver problem and he was almost serious. Dr Ravindranth assured that everything would be fine. They were waiting for a donor. Finally after days of stay and minting money from us, they said they have the organ transplant ready and prepared my dad to the OT. On that fatal day nothing happened and they gave us vague answers and said it did not match, . My father passed away in 2 days. Then we found that the organ that came from bangalore was not packed properly and the whole thing failed.

please do not visit the global hospital group in hyderabad chennai or bangalore. they are all cheats who only mint money from poor people like us.
