Everytime I call in bhagya darpan, one of their member told me to wait for 5 more days and you will get your order.After 5-6 days, I again give them a call and repeat the same thing.Once they called me and told me that Sir, please stay at your home today, the parcel is dispatched and will reach at any time but didn't get it.Next day I called them to ask for the same and again they asked me to verify my payment detail.
