Bhanupriya Ladies Pg — Owner is asking me to vacate hostel for asking the basic needs since last 6 months

Dear Sir /Madam

I am one of the tenants staying in Bhanupriya Ladies PG, #1108, Double road, BEML Layout, Rajarajeshwari Nagar Bangalore-560098. My pg owner is forcing me to vacate the hostel with luggage by tommorow for asking the basic necessary, like not taking care of cleaning stuffs, which is the most important. He forceably collected Hostel fee and never provided the basic amenities ! If we ask about basic necessary like internet connection, cleaning and to clean water tank. The floor is not cleaned from past 3 months and room is not given a proper care. Really uncleaned environment it has… We user syntax water for bathing cooking and drinking. syntax is not closed with lid… syntax is open, some files are there, water colour is black, crow will take bath in that water.. PG gilrs will bring boys to the room and they stay in PG only. I asked regarding this and pg owner is abusing badly!!! If we question him he is shouting badly and warning us to quit the PG. How can a girl coming from far away places away from her family stay in an unsecured pg? Why don't govt. take a step to allowance of opening of pg's authorized by it because most pg's are opened for gaining just money with no security and no good environment. I am not sure whether they have Pg licence.. I also got to know most of the girls are not happy with her behaviour. Her behaviour is ridiculous. I also told him if he continue doing this nonsense I'll give police complaint. As I'm already in trouble I do not want to take step. I hope this will help people like me.

This PG is running illegally with following lack of facilities/permissions/licences...
1. This PG owner does not have permission from Health Trade Licence under Schedule 10 of the Karnataka
Municipal Corporation Act 1976, because they are not showing such license to anybody who is asking it.
3. There is no licences from BBMP and near Police Station( not sure as per my knowledge).
4. There are no CCTV cameras installed in this building.
5. There is no Security guard appointed for this PG.
6. There is no safety equipments kept in this building.
7. They are over charging PG stay and they are not paying tax too.
Apart from this, it has other issues too, you can enquire and visit above address without notice given to this PG. Please visit this premises soon before telecasting this PG in TVs or social medias.
