Am highly disappointed at the way the complaints commission is handling issue here and allow some fraudsters to defraud innocent citizens of their hard earned money, i made a complaints earlier about my daughter not enrolled after I have made payment since August, giving the excuse they are unable to reach out to me, now they said is not possible to give me refund, they did not provide the service yet they refused to pay back my money, is that fair?
