I am filing a formal complaint against Bhanzu (Exploring Infinities Edtech Pvt Ltd) for unfair commercial practices, withholding contractual terms, and deliberate consumer stalling. On December 2, 2024, I purchased an online course titled "Math Wizard 1-150" for my son, Sarthak, and paid AED 4, 500.00 via credit card. The merchant issued Tax Invoice #BHANZU/IT12/0075 and a "Payment Successful" confirmation email but completely withheld their contract Terms and Conditions or cancellation/refund policies at the point of sale. After my son completed 3 to 4 modules, I explicitly requested a cancellation. A company representative verbally promised over a call that if we completed just "one more module, " they would honor the cancellation and refund the remaining prorated balance. We complied with their condition and completed the module. Despite this, the company broke their agreement, refused to cancel, and is now trying to retroactively enforce a hidden "80% attendance rule" that was never provided to me in writing. My son has explicitly refused to continue the program. To evade a written paper trail and prevent documentation of my dispute, Bhanzu’s staff continuously harasses me by calling my phone from various untraceable VoIP lines while refusing to provide any written updates via email. They have deliberately dragged this out over a prolonged period to bypass standard banking chargeback deadlines. I demand an immediate full refund for the unused modules back to my payment card.
