Dear Sir/Madam
There are some owners who have not paid their duel meter and not done registry of their flat got flat keys from the Builder (Bharat City) and they are residing in the society for last 1 year and harassing other owners with builders support.
Builder is not giving keys to others without full payment of Duel Meter and Registry to others but same rule has not been followed for some owners who are favorable to the builder.
Please take action and recover the stamp duty amount from the builder and owners and increase the revenue of the department,
