Subject -Complaint Regarding Fraudulent Online Website - Order #25461 - Urgent Assistance Required
I am Partha Protim Halder, son of Late Prafulla Kumar Halder, residing at Flat 2A, Rajwada Pacific, 110 Uttar Sripur, Lake Pally, Boral, South 24 Parganas, PO – Boral, PS – Narendrapur, Pin Code – 700154.
I am writing to formally report an issue regarding a recent online order I placed with Bharat eComerce for an MSI motherboard (MSI PRO Z790-A MAX WIFI LGA 1700 DDR5, PCIe 5.0 Gen2 ProSeries ATX Motherboard). The order number is #25461, placed on November 4, 2024, with a payment of INR 21, 000.
I had been in communication with their WhatsApp representative (+91-[protected]) since November 1, 2024. The representative guided me through the ordering process and sent a confirmation email after my purchase. However, I have encountered significant difficulties in tracking the shipment. Despite numerous attempts, I have not been able to obtain the tracking ID from their website (https://bharatecomerce.com). When I contacted their helpline, I was initially told the order had been shipped, but the tracking ID was not provided.
After several follow-up attempts on their helpline (+91-[protected]), a representative mentioned on November 5, 2024, that the tracking ID was associated with Bluedart courier (ASN[protected]). Upon verification, I discovered this tracking number was incorrect. Despite my repeated requests for the correct tracking information, they have neither responded nor provided any updates. The payment of INR 21, 000 has already been deducted from my account, but I have yet to receive the product or a valid tracking ID.
My daughter and I have made continuous efforts to reach their helpline, but our calls remain unanswered. I also sent a final message, warning that I would be forced to take legal action if no response was provided. Despite seeing my message on WhatsApp, they have not responded. As of today, November 7, 2024, there has been no further communication from Bharat Ecommerce, and no tracking ID has been shared.
These actions, or rather the lack thereof, strongly suggest a potential case of cyber fraud. I have filed a complaint with the cyber-crime department, where I was given an Acknowledgement No. [protected]. Additionally, I filed a GDE (General Diary Entry) at my local police station in Narendrapur, with GDE No. 405 dated November 5, 2024.
I am extremely concerned about this situation and respectfully request your assistance in retrieving my money and ensuring that Bharat Ecommerce is held accountable for their actions. I would greatly appreciate your guidance on any additional steps I should take to resolve this issue.
Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter.
