Bharat Electronics and Appliances — Irresponsible and Bad behavior towards customer needs

I had purchased AC from BEA 2yrs back and was installed by BEA people. They had placed the outside unit in our window sill. They had assured that they would come and help us to de inst all when required. Now after 2yrs when I call them for de installation, they visit our house and tell us that its difficult to take the outside unit. They need people and ladder(10ft). We said that they arrange for it and we shall pay them. They say that its not their problem. Now they install in the wrong way...and finally walk out and speak very badly over the phone is very very very bad. So unprofessional...
