Sir,
I am a serving soldier of indian air force recently shifted to guwahati from Pathankot. I would like to inform you for your kind consideration and compansastion against breakage by transportor.
I have hired a seperate truck from Bharat packers and movers dhaki Pathankot and the owner of it Mr vaneet Bharadwaj had assured me at the time of loading that no one else will be accomodate in this and not even incourage this trend since I have hired it. But at the time of delivery I have shocked after seeing the condition of my Broken goods because he has shifted Almost 10 persons luggage with my luggage subsequently the luggage was Broken due to over loading the truck by Bharat packers and movers and not even accepting this during video call at the time of delivery. You are requested to kindly look into this and compansastion need to be paid from Bharat packers and movers against breakage of my luggage
