Bharathpe — Not picking up the swiping machine and rejected the refund

I have purchased a swiping machine from barathpe on may 30th and they have rerun policy with 7 days we can give a machine back and we will get a refund amount what we paid for the machine so I had a issues with that swiping machine so I raised the return request on 3rd June and till now I haven't got any respond and no one came to pickup meanwhile I have raised so many chat request so many followups wasted time on this and today I got a message that your return request is canceled so I called the customer service bot said please check the and call got disconnected and I went app there was not option to chat with an agent got so frustrated there was no option to contact barathpe so I raised return request again and they were like extended date and they said u won't get any refund because u have raised return after 7 days of purchase date barathpe main intension is here is to not give a refund amount and thankfully I have got all the proof
