Bharathpe — Payment not received

On 24.12.2021 i have paid through Bharathpe App to Bharath Gas Agencies of Rs.975.50, but the payment not credited to Gas Agencies but the payment has been deducted from my Bank account, i have given complaint through customer care number there is no response
