Hi,
I made an online purchase for 2 specific items through Bharat Plaza on the 12th of Oct 2016. The items I was suppose to get in 2-3 weeks as stated in their website but until now (15th Nov 2016) there is no any concrete reply from BharatPlaza.com. I was suppose to get the items by 25th of Oct which was suppose to be before Diwali. To add to my disappointments, i have been asked to change my order 2 times back to back reason stated that was not available product. I placed my order through the website and as far as i know the items was available. The reason i am emailing this complain is I have been deceived to make an order which is not available through the web site and forced to make 2 changes back to back. Till date (15th Nov 2016) there is no update on the delivery of the product. I hope there will be a solution to my problem.
