I had ordered an item and made payment for that order to bharmani grocery on 14 -2-22 . The order has not been delivered yet. The merchant has not provided any phone number. I have tried to mail them. However it is being shown that the mail id from which the money receipt was sent does not exist now. This it seems is a fraud.

I have made a payment of Rs. 597 to Bharmani Grocery Store via RazorPay on 16th Feb 2022, this store was displayed on Facebook and I purchased some stuff they were offering. I have no notifications or emails from them with regard to the order. looks like a clear case of swindling. I guess RazorPay wouldn't offer them services without their bank being associated.
Request Facebook & RazorPay to ensure that these cheats are refunding the amount and ensure in future not to display or associate with such fly-by-night operators and cheat customers.
