Bhart Pay — I m complaining about the compony takeing withaout permission providing contact to 3rd person

I was taken a loan from bhart pay and i m in hospital some my personl problem and bhart pay customer care persone is calling to my contact and telling him to pay that out standing amount of loan and if tahat person is not pay after that the egent will make a legale action of him and tolde that he will take handover the hose and recover the amount but i told the evan i m paying a loan amount to compony as soon as possible that person apso told me that he will take a action on me tell me what can i do
