Bharti Airtel Broad — Broadband disconnection not resolved

Hello Sir, My name is vinoth I am using airtel networks on my concerns and for the past 1 year on my home also . The speed of the airtel is not sufficient so i proceeded to disconnection . I gave two times disconnection request to the local airtel office in madurai . After that i receive many calls and finally they simply resolve the connection and my disconnection is not completed but they tell to pay bills. I have raised two times of request all the time same happens some tele callers in airtel doesn't hear what we say and they simply resolve and they make us frustrated . Kindly help disconnecting . This issue happens all over their network . My Broadband Number [protected] . Kindly make them to disconnect there is no balance from my side . Only they have my Initial amount .
