Airtel made following deduction for unsolicited services from my main account during jan 2018 to 2nd aug, 2018
1. Faith-rs 35/-
2. Movie maaza - rs 99/-
3. Gamebar-35/-
4. Funzone-35/-
5. Kidszone-35/-
6. Mastipack-49/-
7. Unknown deduction - 50/-
8. Myplextv-75/-
9. Mastipack-49/-
10. Health you - 35/-
Total :- rs 497/- (Rupees four hundred ninety seven) only.
Airtel has no legal rights or any statutory provisions to deduct money for providing unwanted services from anyone's airtel account. Which called for legal intervention and correcting the wrongdoings did unuthorisedly by airtel very frequently.
Even though request were made several times to stop the services via sms to airtel, till date the deducted amounts were not refunded. This is only highhandedness and warrant a legal action.
Hence, i appeal the airtel authorities to refund the above mentioned amount in my account immediately or face legal action. Was this information helpful? |
