As we received ur msg regarding theres a drawing competion for kids, we had been there on 4:35 with our child. But but the staff girl who was conducting the same refused to accept our nomination only becauce of our late entry. As she imformed us that the competition was over it caused tremendous mental agony only because o[censored]r wrong messeging ..
In ur said msg you called for participants on 4 pm and onward, then how you can finished the competition before 4:30 ?

we know this isnt a question of ones death or life.. but it is obliged to your staff members to be more accurate while sending such msg next time.
only we can imagine What kind of stress n agony today we had.
