Bhartpe — Payment dispute

Dear Sir/Madam
It is intimated that on 16.08.2022, I swiped in my ONECARD metal credit card No. [protected] of FPL Technologies Pvt. Ltd (issued by federal bank) for 35000/Rs. in Bhartpe Machine installed in the shop at Madhu Vihar, Delhi vide transaction ID [protected]. But, the same could not be processed or transfer into merchant’s virtual A/c No. [protected] (ICICI Bank). On this, I called customer care of bhartpe and submitted my grievances, in-turn, I was told by the customer care executive that transaction has been failed and asked me to contact ONECARD customer care. Thereafter, I called ONECARD customer care and was affirmed that the said transaction has been successful from their end. I have also personally visited office of the Bhartpe at Gurgaon, but again, I returned disappointed. My ONECARD statement has generated and the transaction of above amount 35000/Rs is billed to me on 14.09.2022.
Besides, it is intimated that I have called several times to all the concerned financial institution, such as my ONECARD Credit Card, My Banks, which concluded and revealed that money is with Bhartpe and they have to settle. Hence, finding no support/solution from Bhartpe, I had to approach and lodged a complaint against this disputed transaction in Cybercrime portal of India and the same is under process.
Therefore, I pray, that I may please be helped in getting refund/return of my aforesaid amount and may please be saved from the harassment caused by Bhartpe.
