Sub : Certain undisciplined activities and corrective actionable measures to be taken at your Machavaram branch school, Vijayawada Reg.
Dear Sir / Madam,
We, the parents of your Machavaram branch school, Vijayawada, bring to your kind attention of certain undisciplined activities as below
1. The children and teachers in the school are speaking in Telugu. With this we do not understand whether this school is running English medium or Telugu medium .
2. Some teachers don't come to school in time.
3. Teachers are using mobile phones in the classroom during class time .
4. Not maintaining proper teacher students ratio.
5. Children are given homework at school, but the teachers are not bothered to check whether they have done their homework or not.
6. Some Teachers and students are not wearing uniforms and coming in their favorite civil dresses.
7. Some children are bringing mobile phones to school.
8. During exams, teachers are helping weak students by giving answers, which is not correct. Request the teachers to talk with the parents of weak students .
9. Some children are carrying slips during exams, with this even unfamiliar children will get used to it, and in future they may treat this as acceptable in every exam which is very dangerous .
10. School timings should only be run from 9am to 4pm but the school runs till 6pm saying it as Study Hours which is causing a lot of mental stress to the children.
11. There are no chairs or tables for the teacher to sit in the classroom.
12. There is no discipline for children as well as teachers in this school.
13. The principal is responsible for all of the above and if the principal is right, such incidents will not happen.
Hope you will take corrective actionable measures at the earliest to avoid further damage to the school.
