My sons are studying in Bhashyam High School Malkajgiri. School is very much located within vicinity of Mandal Education office. They are not even bothered about the atrocities happening in the school premises.
1) Timings of School for the 10th Class starts from 8.30 to 6.30 followed by the Homework to be done at home. This leads to extreme stress for the students in studying so much of hours. They dont have even common sense that no student can study such a length of time and will not be able to learn anything by fatigue.
2) Illogical Method of Teaching: Rather than explaining the subjects, Students are taught to mug up everything as teachers themselves dont have time to to do that. This does not provide enough time for the students to analyse the subjects they are studying and acquire the knowledge and totally stressed out due to exams conducted everyday. Students are getting fear in their minds to select in future of Maths and Science groups due to wrong method of teaching. NO where in the world such a stressful educations exists for 10th class . School creats an atmospheric pressure where in Student and parents are almost getting nervousness of exam .
They could have provided proper way educating the children and made them understand the subjects. Students are very Sharp to pick up very easily instead of doing that they are made to mugup which is very difficult if not understanding properly.
3) Behaviour of Teacher and Principal : It is noted that there is vengeful attitude in the Teachers and Principal. If anybody complains about the behaviour of teacher, students are made scapegoat and maintain vengeful attitude towards them. Principal is also part of it. Students are suffering due to this kind of attitude. Both the Teachers and Principal have to set an example with their behaviour instead they are behaving cheaply with students.
Selection of teachers is not proper they are not properly qualified to handle the students. Mere completing the course and coming to school for the salary purpose. Teachers position is to be role mode for students and provide them psychological confidence for the future instead of this kind of behaviour.
Even though we can see students being tortured till 6.30 pm and along with home works happening in front of Mandal Education office. They dont seem to bother at all.
for Ex We had rain and cool atmosphere on 11th of december, School plans trip to Exotic water rides, if there is any health issues is not botheration to principal at all. Students are forced to go on the picnic.
They went on picnic that day.
Our government is bent on stressfree education where as School creates a stressful environment for their success and results.
