Bhashyam School, Nagole Branch — Fees

I M Sravanthi, a parent of 2 kids (Saketh ram G4B, Sahasra Suguna G3B) continuing with the same school since last 3yrs in nagole branch. Before they started the 4th academic yr i.e, 2021-22 academic year I spoke to ashwini and aaparna mam and agreed to pay rs. 7000/- per month for both the kids till December and clear the remaining fees in January. As agreed I payed rs.7000/- in the month of July as the academic started in that month. But, they send a notice saying, mandatorily monthly installment to be paid promptly by 7th of every month. Then I started paying rs. 10000/- from August. Total amount of rs. 37000/- is paid till October 10th. Suddenly on 28th of October, without a prior notice the app was disabled and my kids were unable to attend the classes. After repeated follow up to the teachers I came to understand that they are not ready to take monthly installments instead they wanted us to clear 60% of the fees. When I went to principal saying that as I have opted for monthly installments, I'll be paying in the same way and she said still there is a due of rs.3000/- I.e, 1500 for each kid. I requested mam to give me time till 5th of November ( only 3 working days in between) to clear the remaining due. But she is not ready to consider it. I was really very annoyed with this. If a person sitting in the principal chair is not agreeing to consider parents problems how can we continue for the next coming academic yrs. If the principal sees schooling as business we have nothing to speak. If a parent is able to clear the fees immediately he/she will never request anyone. If this was the case they might have intimated us saying that the monthly installments cannot be taken and only terms fees will be collected. Then we might have taken some other alternative. I strongly feel that Bhashyam schools are really very good in terms of education.
This is written to bring to your notice that if a parent and Principal Relationship is not good it is tough to the parent and also very disappointing to continue the relation.
