My name is Amina M Kanchwala, I was born on 12th July, 1969 at Bhatwadekar hospital, Diamond Garden, Chembur, Mumbai and was resident of Sindhi Society. I had studied up to Std 10 in Chembur English High School, Chembur.
Bhatawadekar Hospital is currently not located where it was during our time of birth. When we went to the municipality, they said we need to get the discharge card of the hospital which currently is not available with us. The birth year as mentioned by my parents was either 1969 or 1970
I need Birth Certificate from Municipality. Kindly guide me how to obtain one.
