I have purchased a cooler on 25 sept. 2015 from dealer and now on 27 june 2016, i have made a complain about problem in product. The company has registered the complain and given complain no.13070. On the same day technicion has come & checked the product and said he will change the part tomorrow. And next day he did not come i have called in company and repersentative said that technicion will come by today evening but he did not come. On next day i have called in company thay said that yesterday person has not that part of product so not attended and today he will attend you, but he didnot come. Now today 30 june 2016 i have made several call to company but they are not attending my call, yeaterday i have also made complain through email and feedback form at website but still no reply. Now situation is that i want to take legal action against company about their behaviour and customer service. Please advice... Was this information helpful? |
