We are a IT company (Krisha Techno Integrators LLP.) and have invested an amount of Rs 600, 00.00 for a UK Campaign Chat Support on 25th Aug 2021. The campaign provider is Advent Consultancy owned by the name of Mr. Hiren kumar Patel with the (Mobile Number :+[protected], (email address: [protected]@adventconsultancy.com / [protected]@gmail.com) and (skype: hirenpatel141)
As per the agreement this acquisition process would be completed with in 50 days, but no responses for request on updates and unfortunately promises are not fulfilled. I kept on following up regarding the acquisition through emails, WhatsApp messages and Skype. The duration of follow-ups was from Augest 2021 to the present day. By February 10, 2022 at 4:56 PM, I received a message on the (Mobile Number: + [protected] saying he is not in good health, along with concerns with his other vendors. This was the last message I received from Hiren kumar Patel.
Based on his promise we are awaiting updates / further communications from him but till time we are not able to received any update from him either phone call /SMS / WhatsApp/ email or skype. Also, now his contact number is out of order and his existing office is closed
As per the mode of the operator he is Fraud. Please request that you help me by getting back my amount.
