Bhavin Gosalia — Spice jet ticket refund

Dear sir

I have book 7 passengers ticket on 28th Feb 2020 amounting to rs 106715/- flight no sg 6373 dated 28th april 2020 from mumbai to bagdogra and flight no sg 168 bagdogra to mumbai but spice jet have cancel flight due to lockdown and amount given in credit shell and is valid till 28th feb 2020.

I have requested to spice jet to refund my amount in my bank account as it was purely vacation planning and I cannot use credit shell of this huge amount.but they are denying to do.

I request you with my folding hands to refund my hard earn money in my bank account.
