We joined as Chicago group (10 persons out of 20) for Chardham NRI tour scheduled, May 23, 2022 to June 06 2022.
• Tour include Ahmedabad Airport to Ahmedabad Airport with no hidden charges.
• Prakashbhai accepted Rs.50, 000.00 in a meeting held by him on 30th April, 2022 at Nadiad; in presence of all participant but denied to give receipt. He denied issuing receipt on his official receipt book or even on a single piece of paper. (Strangely, he does not provide receipt for any type of transfer of money too.)
• He denied providing transport from Delhi to Haridwar on May 18, 2022 and also denied stay on 23rd May 2022 for seven person who went early to Haridwar. (On May 5th 2022, he asked Rs 8000 per person for early stay, which we denied as we never requested for hotel booking or given consent of staying in hotel prescribed b;y him. After that incidence his attitude changed and behaved in prejudice manner.
• On Jamnotri, we rented horses for Rs3500/- per person. He told others that he did not like it though it was at same price, he arranged for some.
• He boasted of helping on site helicopter booking during meeting in Nadiad. He did not have any clue of current booking situation. He informed that only horses available and no Dolly when we were in queue for Kedarnath. We, 5 people left for trying to book helicopter from Phata (with his permission) but we did not get Helicopter due to backlog. After we return, stayed hotel for two days but he never provided any guidance for helping get Kedarnath Darshan by Dolly. Only after two days he says that dolly can be booked in advance, which was too late as next day we have to depart.
• Triyuginarayan Darshan mentioned in Itinerary but he charged Rs 300/- per person after we came back visiting. With repeated inquiring, he did not disclose price before boarding in a vehicle.(It is hardly Rs 150 to Rs 200 per person )
• Haridwar-Rishikesh no sight-seeing or even Ganga Arti darshan. Everybody has to manage their own.
• Bus was almost overloaded. Normally there should be three -four seats vacant so that in a long journey, if somebody not feel good can rest. Bus did not have AC, so where it is needed, NRI tourists have to be in sweating.
• All Hotels are less than three stars. In some stinking carpet, some have unclean washroom and even with Indian toilet for NRI.
• He boasted to left over 50 people so far on road who do not co-operate to him as per his view. The key is, he is not giving money receipt to anybody and so he can behave the way he likes.
• With beginning of Yatra, we (7 person went early) intended to stay in Rishikesh. It was spoiled by him as he gave confirmed Ahmedabad-Delhi ticket so late that we lost booking of prominent Ashram in Rishikesh due to late inquiry.
• He gave Delhi to Ahmedabad ticket on last day to me after lunch time.. Schedule transport takes to Delhi at midnight. As I have two days stay at Delhi, I need to go Delhi in a day time. I didn’t have time to book either train or bus to Delhi and hard time to manage travel to go in daytime.
