Order Delivery Date: 5th August 2025

Return Request Date: 8th August 2025 (well within the 1-week return timeline communicated at purchase)

I placed an order for a Casio watch from Bhawar Group.

The product was delivered to me on 5th August.

On 8th August, I initiated a return request as per the stipulated 1-week return policy.

I repeatedly tried contacting the customer support team for updates. After multiple follow-ups, I was informed that my return could not be processed because the “box” was missing.

I categorically deny this claim. I never returned only the watch without the box. There is no logical reason for a customer to keep an empty box and return just the watch.

Further, I was asked to provide a video of packaging while handing the product to the delivery executive. This requirement was never mentioned in the terms and conditions at the time of purchase or return, and hence I did not create such a video.

Since then, I have not received any further response from either Bhawar Group or Casio India, leaving me without my refund and stuck with a defective product.
My concerns are stated below-
Unfair Denial of Return: The claim that the box was not returned is baseless and illogical.

Unreasonable Demand: Asking for a packaging video without prior notice or policy mention is arbitrary and places undue burden on the customer.

Lack of Support: Despite repeated attempts, there has been no proper resolution or communication from the dealer or Casio India.

Financial Loss: I am being forced to bear a cost of ₹3, 995 for a defective product, which I rightfully returned.

I hereby request to help me with below-
Direct Bhawar Group and Casio India to process my return and issue a full refund of ₹3, 995.

Ensure accountability from the dealer and brand for their lack of support and arbitrary demands.

Prevent such unfair trade practices from affecting other customers in the future.
