Bhim Sbi — Money transfer failed but had transferred into beneficiaries account on fourth day

Sir/Madam,
I think you had not gone through the attachments which i had sent to you .
I tried to transfer Rs.10k using bhim app for which i had sent an snap of the failed transcation. and i had allso sent my SBI saving account statement which shows that i had transferred the said amount as the previous transaction had failed which occured on 19th of August 2021, but the said amount of Rs.10k was transferred on 23rd to the benificery using bhim app without my consent from your end, So who is responsible for this?
So, instead of simply getting into arguements without any proper reason inorder to hide your mistakes, kindly credit the said amount of Rs.10, 000/- along with the interest till date immediately to avoid further damages and mental tourture.
