I often use IRCTC for my railway tickets. Last couple of days I have done multiple tickets but due to a sudden change of plan, I had to cancel all those tickets. Irctc informed me that my ticket amount would be refunded in 2-3 days Or maximum it will take 7 days. But now it's been more than 20 days but still I have not get the refund. I have visited my bank and they are saying money has not been received in my account from IRCTC. So I contacted IRCTC their stand is that they have initiated the refund from their side but still there is no reflection of money in my bank account.As they told me to contact the upi interface with which I have done tickets i.e BHIM UPI but there is no provision in their website to address these type of grievances.There is no helpline number through which I can contact the customer care.I don't know whether its the bank or the upi or the IRCTC which is diverting me. Sir if this is the way our country is going to benefit by this digitisation drive where everything has been shouldered upon machines then it has no worth.A common man is struggling this much to get back his hard earned money. Amount to be refunded-11, 095 has not been credited into my account, it has been more than 20 days now I am very irritated by each Merchant who is involved in this transaction.So sir please do the needful and let me realise that we are living in a country where your hard earned money could not be steeled away by these so called irresponsible idiotic UPI INTERFACES, Was this information helpful? |
