Worst customer service !!
If there is an option to give negative starts, this place will top it all !!!
The person at cash counter treated us which is highly unpleasant, un eithical and highly disrespecting customers!!!
To begin with we purchased earing of 6 gms !!
The person at cash counter even if we have any clarification speaks like - ‘ are you buying anything costlier in lakhs of rupee?? Just an earing’
We just enquired if we can get the earing packed in plastic dabba instead of velvel dabba, the cashcounter guy said ‘you can buy from any fancy store, its not costly’ and continously arguingin at very very unpleasant way - the cashcounter guy says - ‘i am responding to your question’.
Highly unpleasant n disgusting experiance !!! Such an insult to the customer !! Especially had my mom senior citizen accompany us !! What an unethical and professional way of behaviour !!!
Even if they dont have any plastic dabba, this is extremely unprofessional and very very unethical way of respond to customes investing to BUY from your store !!! Be it 6 gms or 600 gms, every customer must be treated the same way !!!
Is this how the cashcounter person speaks, when customers ask any kinds of doubts????
That too the salesman never intervienes, he is standing still and observing, later when we collected the item in velvet box, sales person is saying ‘plz exit this way’
What a worst treatment to customers buying from Bhima jewellery Malleshwaram branch!!
As if they have offered donation - donated the gold earing of 6 gms!!
Highly i dont recomend any kind of purchase from Bhima jewellers Malleshwaram !! especially because of the sales n service concern and the way customers are treated !!
Other jewellers like Tanish or Grt or navrathan or ORRA or Ganjam, we are never disrespected or treated badly !! Infact they treat their customers so well we continue to be their loyal customers!!!

Highly regret buy from here !!
God knows their refund policy otherwise would have demanded my entire money instant refund !!!
Not sure if entire Bhima jewellery management carries the same attitude????????
