Homebuyers beware! Bhk Quest is a not reliable agency. Never trust mahaveer Singh Tanwar. He cheats homebuyers by making false promises.
Now I will tell you how mahaveer Singh Tanwar cheated me.
I approached bhk quest through 99 Acres after seeing a fake property listing.
He showed me a flat and quoted a low price when I agreed to buy the flat and gave the token amount, he suddenly increased the price saying that owner is asking for higher price.
I asked him to return my money but he did not return. Further he tried to convince me to buy a flat in bad condition promising that owner will repair it.
I already gave him a big token amount and i had no other option. I trusted him and purchased that flat in bad condition hoping that owner will repair it.
But the owner kept postponing the repair work by making false excuses and when I approached mahaveer Singh he backed out of his words and refused to help me.
Later I found out that he has got a big cut and commission from the owner to sell the property in bad condition.
He has also taken commission from me but did nothing for me. Infact he took money from me and trapped me in a bad deal.
I had to sped 2 lakh extra to get the flat repaired.
I have already suffered big losses and I know how it feels to get cheated and lose your life savings. Therefore i am warning you guys do not trust mahaveer Singh because he can ruin your life for money.
Bhk Quest is a fake agency it not RERA registered and has no signboard or documents. It can taken your money and get disappeared anytime. So be careful. Was this information helpful? |
