The above was contacted for transportation of household items( one bag, one carton, one wooden item) from Sonepat to Visakhapatnam. Although the intial conversation settled for transportation charges of ₹ 2500, however, the company rep contacted for extra ₹ 1000 for inclusion of extra item during the pick up. This led to a series of Watsapp chat and voice calls, but finally the extra amount was paid. The items were picked up from Sonepat on 05 Dec. The company was thereafter contacted on 15 Dec as the items were not delivered in promised time of one week. The company rep kept delaying the delivery status to next day each time it was contacted. On 20 Dec, the company sent a quotation dated 20 Dec with amount of ₹ 4467 and said that the delivery will be attempted only after paying the extra amount of GST and insurance. This extra amount was neither discussed during chat/ voice call nor indicated during the pick up. It is requested to take strict against this company in order to avoid recurrence of above incident and prevent any customer to suffer from such things in future.

At first he said 2500 rupees for this, and after he picked up my bike and gave me the invoice of 5522 rupees including many taxes and insurance.. which was not discussed earlier. We had argument regarding this then i later i had to pay him forcefully.
He promised me to deliver the bike within 2 days.
Today is day 10, he’s making excuses daily.
Whenever i call him he talks very rudely. He’s not even telling me why it is delaying. Even he’s not telling me the exact location of my bike.
Please help me. What to do? I don’t even know if he’ll deliver my bike or not.
