My consumer no. 10287, I was booked gas on 10.02.2015 vide ref. no. 414030 and a "sms received on 14.02.2015 vide cash memo no. [protected] generated for booking no. [protected] shall be delivered shortly" but gas is not deliver till now. I hope you take necessary action and sort out this problem.
