Hello.,
The issue is with BIBA India .com I placed an order of 5 Kurtis by seeing clearly the return window this by everyone habit to check return window before placing an order because we can never trust online apps.
All of a sudden after deliver the item became non returnable item it s not a small amount it’s cost of 2500 and we have offer of non retur 5% discount on item if I really want not to return the item I would have opt the option discount.
I think bibas are doing some fraud with customers and taking there money the item which is very wrost quality they are selling and after delivery there are making it as non returnable
I want to file a complaint against it legally I’m ready to go we’re ever I next it’s not about money it’s about the fraud which can another cx can face it Was this information helpful? |
