Ordered a Kurti through a Facebook advertisement that directed me to a third-party website named bibakurti.co. The product I received was of extremely poor quality and looked completely different from the images shown on the site.
As per their return policy, I immediately sent a return request to their email ID: bibakurti. [protected]@gmail.com. However, I have not received any response. The phone number provided on the site is also not reachable or is inactive.
I also found that the same seller is using another suspicious email ID care. [protected]@gmail.com, possibly to impersonate the well-known Biba brand, which makes the entire setup look like a fraud operation.
