Bidhannagar Municipal Corporation — parking issue near rabindra okakura bhavan

Recently some ruffians have taken over the parking spaces near rabindra okakura bhavan on both sides of the road near a construction site. They are charging rs. 20/- per hour and showing a document authorising them to do so by bmc. Earlier the parking attendants were well behaved and charged rs.10/- per hour for car parking. Kindly clarify the rates and look into the matter.
