Dear Sir/Madam,
This mail is regarding the conversation that happened between me and Mr. Mahesh over the phone. According to Mashesh, Mr. Neeraj has paid more than what I bid for i.e 2.45L . I clearly don't understand this as he denied me when I asked for some proof regarding this matter and put me again in his blocklist in his phonebook and also blocked my Bidkaro account (Id- venkatesh555).
According to Mashesh, Mr. Neeraj has paid more than what I bid for i.e 2.45L, I need some clarification or provide me with the proof that proves me wrong.
The reason I am asking this is because I have concrete evidence that the vehicle is not sold above 2.45L (My bid) . To prove my point I will be attaching a recorded call between me and Mr. Manjunath(Fortune Integrated Finance Employee) and the bid amount didn't cross 1.69L.
Also, I got approval for the vehicle KA36A6872 from Fortune Integrated Finance on 19 september 2023. I will be attaching the screenshot about this approval.
According to the rule I will be given 2-3 working days. I initially reached out to Rajasekhar.B.S, the Fortune Integrated Finance Manager, for assistance with the payment procedure. However, he directed me to contact Mr.Manjunath at [protected]. I diligently followed this instruction, only to discover from Manjunath that on 21st September 2023, someone else, Neeraj Shastri, had purchased the vehicle directly from the bank. Also Mr. Manjunath has emailed you about this and I will share the screenshot.
I ask you this, How can you allow Mr. Neeraj to make payment after I got approval? . As Instructed by Manjunath I didn't pay my amount .I received information that my Bidkaro Id has been blocked for unknown reasons by Mr.Mahesh+[protected] . He blocked me for not paying the amount, but how am I supposed to pay if Mr.Neeraj has already paid and even Manjunath advised me not to make any payment.
I feel that Mr. Mahesh is misguiding me in this issue . I am deeply dismayed by the behavior of Mahesh, as it is causing undue frustration and inconvenience. I have experience of 6 years in this field and this gives a bad image to Company as one doesn't feel secure while doing business with Bidkaro. I kindly request your prompt intervention to address this issue and ensure that Mr.Mahesh is punished and brought justice to me by unblocking my Bidkaro Id.
