On 3rd july evening around 7.30 pm i made order of 14 items of groceries and paid amount. By 8.10 pm delivery agent of bb calling and saying that he is 5km away of the location but he cant deliver the order as the area is not his teritorry so insisted me to cancel the order. I said that is none of my problem you cant deliver so u cancel and mention your reason. After sometime again he called and said that location is shows somewhere else place, and insisted to cancel after certain agruments he said okey. I contacted support team immediate i didnt recieve any specific update on the same.in the 4th monring i waited till 9 am i didnt receive the order. While checking the update it shows that "delivered on 3rd july wednesday and below that written arrived in 82 minutes" when i am contacting support team they are diverting chat one to another and for last 1.5 hours i am just sharing the story only but no conclusion. I didnt receive any call from the support team yet.in this case i feel bb is making fraud with the customers,. If they cant provide services to the particular places then why they accept the order and payemnt. I am one of the regular customer of bb. This time its worst experience ever i had. My concern is if cant provide service then why accepting payment.
Mentioning the deliver agent number - [protected] called at 8.17 pm and second time 8.54 pm at night.
