I got a phonecall from bigbazaar. They told me that I have been assured a gift if I purchase any item.I bought an electric kettle on which I was assured a Dell laptop. I had to pay 10% of the GST amount for the laptop.They guaranteed a full refund for my GST amount.But now they are not picking up my calls and I don't know if I will be able to get my money back.
