[Resolved]  Big Fashion Sales — Collected money illegally by uploading false contents on internet

I have ordered 02 Hawkins Pressure Cookers through website(www.bigfashionsales.com) & made online Payment of Rs. 446/- for each order(including GST & Deliver charges).

I have not received any information from them for delivery of products.
Some peoples have uploaded videos that the above website is fraud & involved in illegal activities & collected lacs of money fraudulently

From such videos, it is quite clear that the contents of such website are totally false

I think that there is no mechanism developed by the Govt. Of India to stop such illegal activities and it is more easy for defaulters to upload fake contents on Google and peoples trust each & every information which was uploaded on Google.

It is very disappointing and especially very shameful for us and invasion of privacy of citizens.

Now the main issue how the affected peoples can get their refund of thier hard earned money & how to stop culprits to not to pulish such fake contents on internet and punish them.
