Recently I made a purchase of about Rs. 2998/- from Big Hello Koramangala. After few days I received a message from my bank stating that the transaction was converted to EMI. Since I did not initiate a conversion, I started investigation and found that the EMI was on the transaction I made at Big Hello Koramangala. I then contacted them, and they said they will get back to me. However, now they are not responding to my calls, and after the last message on WhatsApp stating they have raised a complaint, they are not responding to WhatsApp also.
