While subscribing we were promised 640 garments but now only 400 odd is done n the rest they are not taking up... And also they returned back the last set after 20 days without washing. All the clothes are stinking n wet.
They also lost a branded linen shirt and 2 soft silk sarees and are not answering if we ask anything. They just switch off their phone n no response...

We had the services for 3 plus years.in recent past i. E from april 2019, after renewing for one year, never seen such a bad performance.

1. Not updated accounts with renewal new date.
2. No pick up with out calling them
3. We need to remind these folks to send for the pick up
4. Not bothered to respond to emails or calls
5. So lethargic as if we are beggars paying our hard earned money to make...
