Id: 18524 I am not satisfied with the service provided by big laundry chennai and need to cancel my subscription which is done for a year kindly take necessary action against them and ask them to refund the amount paid for the packages Mr. Ramesh the manager of the big laundry is completely irresponsible and poor for managing the staffs and is not on his commitments kindly ask them to cancel my package immediately
I have been a customer of your company for many years and your service is excellent and in a good manner that's why I continue to be a customer of your company Mr. Ramesh (Cell No:[protected] ) on behalf of your company to me He will find out the deficiencies and needs regarding your service and fix it.
I have paid the money as per his assurance given to me payment from this Axis bank on this date 05/09/2023 550 Number of cloths I have delivered so far How many cloths are left for me 243 nos
I have been trying to contact him via cell phone and whatsapp for about a fortnight to express my grievance regarding this problem but am unable to reach him and have not received no response from him yet.
big laundry i need to provide me proper formal solution for this issues

    While subscribing we were promised 640 garments but now only 400 odd is done n the rest they are not taking up... And also they returned back the last set after 20 days without washing. All the clothes are stinking n wet.
    They also lost a branded linen shirt and 2 soft silk sarees and are not answering if we ask anything. They just switch off their phone n no response

    We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. We would like to inform you that the garments used from your end is 500 and also your validity has been expired. Kindly renewal the package and restart the service for further process. You can subscribe the package through our website for continuing the service.
    Dear Mam, this is in reference to your subscription ID: 12388. You have been writing to us for the past couple of weeks and claiming about some additional commitment which you neither have any proof of official communication from the company. Instead, you have been sending us some private conversation you had with one of our past executive who communicated at his personal capacity some additional garments. Now you want the company to deliver the services for an old staff's personal communication with you. Your last subscription was serviced 253 garments over and above the authorised limit of the company. The authorised limit of the company against your package was 248 but we serviced you 501 garments, as you have been one of our customers since Oct 2017. We almost doubled the number of garments as a very special case on your persistence and threatening the company you will go into public forum and so on.

    Finally, we decided to stop the service on 12th Dec being your last pick up as the company was incurring losses in continuing to service you. You then suddenly out of nowhere started claiming missing garments, which you never complained till date but raising after we stopped the service. However, please email us at [protected]@biglaundry.com which lot or date do these missing garments belong to and we shall have the same checked and attended on priority.

    Sorry we would not budge to your threats and we shall not be able to service anymore until the subscription or package is renewed.

        We had the services for 3 plus years.in recent past i. E from april 2019, after renewing for one year, never seen such a bad performance.

        1. Not updated accounts with renewal new date.
        2. No pick up with out calling them
        3. We need to remind these folks to send for the pick up
        4. Not bothered to respond to emails or calls
        5. So lethargic as if we are beggars paying our hard earned money to make the office and management happy.

        These folks are neither coming for pick up nor ready to refund.
        Please do not approach such cheaters in market.

          The whole of the Services of the Big Laundry Company in Chennai, Tamilandu State are getting worse and worsened day by day, where we are being facing tough situations with them since we are with them since they started their Washing and Ironing Services in Chennai, Tamilnadu State. Their washing are not good and their ironing on the so called washed clothes are very much below the average and many times, they are bringing the washed, ironed and packed Clothes in the clubbed and bundled manner and fulled messed up and crumpled packages.

          And in these two or three years, they have lost several of our Clothes many times and never traced them back to us or they have compensated for the missing clothes with them. Our Registered Mobile Number with them is[protected] and we are having all of the required Information's with us and we are very seriously looking for a good chance and situation to proceed against them legally with the Local District Consumer Forum in Chennai, Tamilnadu State.

          They have given an Full Page Advertisement in the Times of India in the Front Page and when any one will Call them they will say this is not for regular Clients and Customers and only for the New People who are interested to Join with them in the Clients and Services List and getting fooled and feeling sorry for the decisions later or very soon.

            I am yalini, i subscribed for dry cleaning package in biglaundry for rs 1150 but i was pland to take only 575 rs ppackage for 5 clothes for dry cleaning but the person whose name was karthik who spoke to me over phone from big laundry he said 575 package is not there now so u take 1150 package and u get two pickups, (but i got so many calls from big laundry customercare still now for 575 rs dry cleaning pack) bcoz for my emergency to one function on[protected] i gave my first three silk arees on my first pickup karthik and subashree promised me it will deliver with in two days but up to[protected] after they never not even cal r inform me anything about the clothes delay after afternoon i cals then so many times they not answerd again i cald from an unknown number subashree answerd i shouted well, afterthat i got a call from factory they said only one saree is ready and that too not possible to get today so i shouted left and right so they deliverd it through a unknown person(not there employee) at saturday 7pm only one saree, u know they not dry cleaned it i got it in the same condition how i gave it to them, after that no any feedback for my balance two sarees up two next three days until i call them after a big struggle with that cheater karthik and subashree i got that sarees back in a worst condition so finaly they replied me they refund my money but still no they not responding my call and they never sent me other pickups r any followups, today i called to there pickup centre they replied ur package has only one pickup totaly mam and its too done so i[censored] have any prob lease contact mr.karthik as b4 i said he is not responding my calls yet,

              Worst service from big laundry last month i subscribed for 70-clothes 4-times pick-up pack i paid 1140+TAX but only two pick-up done. rest not happened due to chennai flood i accept the reason. but after that they are not scheduled my pick-up's reason they mentioned in my login as one for door closed & second for . I tried to reach them through phone no response if they picked means only one answer is coming we will solve this problem within half-hour sir trust us that's it they will never solved i tried n tried n after that am tiered. for 1140 only 2 pick-ups done rest of the money they looted literally, that's all i can say. am sorry for using the word looted but that's the true point. NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT NO PHONE SUPPORT WITH ANYONE (including higher officials) NO PROPER DELIVERY (they promised in their site 72-96 hours but we have to wait 196hours above & for that also we need to call ) CLOTHES MISSING (sending that missing in next delivery for that also we need to call them again n again) Note:- When i met them @ madras market they where talking like professional's but after only realised they are not. MANAGEMENT ZERO. LAUNDREX is far far better

                Subscribed to big laundry chennai (subscriptioin ID vxu2) with name rohitmb52. The subscription gives us 4 (weekly once) pick up of clothes and delivery. But the company as far has only provided 1 pick up after many follow ups over the call. After that due to floods all other 3 pick ups were cancelled. Now if we contact the customer care they are telling to renew subscription by again paying 2000+ subscription charge. Till now we have only given 36 clothes but the subscription was of 280+ clothes. The customer service here is pathetic. They even dont even respond to emails and calls we make. The company is robbing the customers. This issue is not only with us with other customers also. Please help us get our money back or help get the service of remaining 3 pick up of clothes.

                  I gave 37 clothes to big laundry. I have been told that they will deliver on 26th. But till 30/12/2015 they have delivered the clothes. I have called them plenty of times daily but they always replied that they will get delivery tomorrow. I have undergone lot mental stress due to this. I have also sent many emails regarding this. But no response from them. I have argued with them by calling them and even dropped email to deliver clothes and cancel the subscription, But still no response. They are telling vehicle break down as reason for not delivering clothes all the time. I am totally fed up. Now I need my money back and they have to answer for the trouble they caused and mental pressure that I had due to them.

                    I had subscribed to Big Laundry Service (Subscription Id: Z5XT) on 4th November 2015 with Alternate Pick up option. This has been a horrible and harassing experience. Out of the 14 Scheduled pick-ups they had arranged for only 8 pick-ups till the Subscription end (7th December 2015). After my previous complaint they had increased the Subscription to 23rd December 2015 as 7 pick-ups had not taken place. But even in the extension period they had honored only 2 pick-up (14/12/2015 & 22/12/2015) out of the 7 remaining Pick-ups. This was inexcusable as the personnel who delivered the clothes after 14/12/2015 refused to accept the clothes (until 22/12/2015) stating that my subscription is over and asked me to pay a subscription fee to continue the Laundry Service. When I said him about the extension, he asked us to contact the customer care. This has become an ordeal and a harassing experience for us. We do not know whether to wash the dirty clothes by ourselves or will there be a pick up on a Scheduled Pick up day. Also around 12 clothes (from the pick-ups prior to 14/12/2015) are missing with 7 & 11 clothes remaining of the previous pick-ups (14/12/2015 & 22/12/2015 respectively) equaling 30 clothes. They take the payment beforehand & will even pick up the clothes in the initial days but will not deliver the clothes back. We end up loosing both money and clothes & the customer care will not even attend your calls. There is no authority over them who will redress a grievance. As you cannot deliver a service without harrowing us, return all the 30 clothes with subscription money of both the months. (I had extended my subscription on 7/12/2015- (Id's : Z5XT & CW4K). )

                      Pickup Details Reference ID [protected] Pickup Date[protected]. No.of Clothes 37. On the above date I gave 37 clothes but I have not received them yet. I have been calling customer care[protected] since monday[protected] and the only answer is tomorrow.The 72-96 hours timeline mentioned in their website is completely hoax. I am still waiting after 196 hours due to their pathetic service. I have sent many mails and also called the customer support but nobody is responding. I am very concerned wether they have lost my valuable clothes.I want to cancel the subscription and want my money returned.

                      Subscribed new (package 40 cloths - 4 weeks) on 16 Oct 2018 and paid the amount along with GST. Received sms on schedule of collection from 17 Oct 2018. Till date no collection. Whenever I am calling them, they are answering somebody would call me immediately. How to cancel the order and get my money back.

                        I had signed up for Big Laundry services recently - 10th Nov 2015 and the experience has been the worst to say the least. My subscription Id is 6O1C. No calls received after I signed-up on the pick-up schedule and I had to call 3 times to initiate the services. On 14th Nov, 15 clothes were picked up and per the terms & conditions I should have got the clothes back on 17th Nov. However I am yet to receive the clothes till today (23rd Nov). In the next schedule - 17th Nov another 15 clothes were collected and they are also yet to be delivered. Post this no clothes have been picked-up or delivered. I request the Big Laundry management to return the clothes, cancel the subscription and return my full amount. I shall wait until today and would initiate legal proceedings against the company. Kindly avoid this company and save the money and more importantly the mental agony. I have passed on this message in the organization I work for. Please do the same.

                          Hi 1) I signed up for the service it took 10 days as advertised for them to pick up cloths 2) I decide to try their 3 time 30 item free trail. 3) The driver called twice to figure out the location (I was in a meeting at 1pm) 4) Delivery was delayed I did not mind but I did get a SMS 5) When they delivered 2 days later they picked up the second lot on the 7th 6) Got sms twice saying can't deliver due to delay in route it is 11th since I did not get delivery I called their 800 # they guy promised that it will be delivered today it is 8pm 11th I doubt they will do it today. Hope to get my cloths back 7) I hope I can get my money back without much delay, but I doubt that will be case Bad service, quality of ironing is average, delay in delivery 100% of time. Pickup Details Reference ID 2AGF[protected] Pickup Date [protected] No.of Clothes 58 On the above date I gave 58 clothes but received only 46 after a day received another 1 but still the missing clothes are not yet received. 2. Pickup Details Reference ID 2AGF20150625 Pickup Date [protected] No.of Clothes 44 On the above date I gave 44 clothes for laundry but received only 25 clothes today[protected] I sent many mails and also called the customer support but nobody is responding. Very CONCERNED FOR THE MISSING CLOTHES I want to cancel the subscription and want my money returned.

                            After posting this complaint, I received call from the director of the company. Only few cloths received. Waiting for some more clothes

The 72-96 hours timeline mentioned in their website is just a hoax and I am still to receive the clothes after 196 hours . I have been calling them since Monday but only answer I get is 'tomorrow'.I am concerned that they lost the clothes. The service is extremely pathetic and they just dont care after taking the money. This is my first order and I regret being paid for the services. I want my clothes and money back.

                            Worst service from big laundry last month i subscribed for 70-clothes 4-times pick-up pack i paid 1140+TAX but only two
                            pick-up done. rest not happened due to chennai flood i accept the reason. but after that they are not scheduled my pick-up's reason they mentioned in my login as one for door closed & second for . I tried to reach them through phone no response if they picked means only one answer is coming we will solve this problem within half-hour sir trust us that's it they will never solved i tried n tried n after that am tiered. for 1140 only 2 pick-ups done rest of the money they looted literally, that's all i can say. am sorry for using the word looted but that's the true point.

                            NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT NO PHONE SUPPORT WITH ANYONE (including higher officials) NO PROPER DELIVERY (they promised in their site 72-96 hours but we have to wait 196hours above & for that also we need to call ) CLOTHES MISSING (sending that missing in next delivery for that also we need to call them again n again)

                            Note:- When i met them @ madras market they where talking like professional's but after only realised they are not. MANAGEMENT ZERO.

                            The company seems to be a fraud company. Their landlines are barred as of now. They have take some 250 clothes a month back and have manage to return only 100 clean. they have lost a few and the rest came back after a month faded in color than how we gave it. Seems like they have put them in the sun lying for more than a month and returned it. The website talks about all sorts of services but doesn't care abut delivering it. There is no contact point available. I guess it is time to register an police complaint also on them looking at how they have cheated so many people.

                            On dated 17-5-16, I had given 6 garments for dry cleaning at "BIG LAUNDRY", Chennai. The delivery date was 20-5-16 and they have given 3 garments after dry clean. But another 3 garments were not given as per time and I was told that with in another 2 days it will be given. But it was not given and I started following with them regularly and the response was with in a week it will be returned. In this way already 45 days are over and finally they agreed that my garments are missed by them. Then I asked them to payment the garments amount because as per the below detail 1. Suit : Rs.9, 990/- 2.Pure Silk saree and jacket : Rs.20, 000/- Put together it comes to Rs.29, 990/-. But they told me they can not pay this and only they will pay Rs.750/- as per their policy. Now I want to file a case against them to get my garments amount. Because in what way it is justified that they have missed my costly garments and asking me to take Rs.750/-. My question is if the garments are worth of Rs.750 then why I would have given for dry cleaning by paying more money? Please help me to solve this issue.

                            Big laundry insists on paying the amount first even before they arrange for clothes pick up . I paid and it has been three days and no one has even bothered to call or arrange for a pick up . Never mind the laundering I want my money back .
                            Very worst service by them..customer id number is 3872.that was my first month trial.one t shirt is missing at the time of delivery..when called that customer service they are giving different reasons.I spoke to so called grievance team Ms Shalini and Mr Guru.after so many times calling at last they said to send email to [protected]@Biglaundry.com.. It is going to be more than 3 months, no call back or reply from them..call centre team is used with complaints from customers..So they will promise but never ever call u..If we speak to them we get pressure and tensions only..Cost of th calls I made is higher than the amount of the shirt..So at last I was fed up and thought it is no use in talking to these kind of people..
