They are fraud. They had taken money but not booking hotel. We requested for hotel reservation 3 month before the trip at end they told no hotel is available all are booked. Not ready to take fresh request they need 2 month gap for other request. When we want to go we can't. We have to plane according to there dates and before 3 month.
