Placed an order for a sofa with this company at the chennai trade center expo that happened in the first week of oct'18. I paid 10k as advance and was promised delivery within 10 days.
There was no further update and when i called them after 2 weeks, i was told they will send the sofa for sure the following week. It has been 4 weeks now but the sofa is not delivered.
Worse still, every time they keep asking the order number and offer a callback which never happens. Really bad business ethics and i'm very worried if the sofa will be delivered at all. Even if it is, what will be the quality.
We come in believing the ctc organisers. It is really bad that you are allowing such people to put shops and fleecing customers. Was this information helpful? |
