On 16 november 2021 i ordered for some items from big bazaar, suncicity mall, champadali, barasat. Items were delivered promptly. But payment was made twice due to internet problem. I am asking for refund of extra amount paid, rs. 644.96, they are neither refunding nor giving any suitable reply. 25 days passed, still i did not get refund. Please help.
