This was utter disappointed with First order 4370818 (Rs 1074) which was horrible purchase in online website BIGBEST. The website sold a product called ZTE MF825a unlocked. The datacard was unlocked only but it showed no simcartd for most of the simcard. Now after making it work with LTE mode, HLINK mode created a big problem. I already had another ZTE modem which works in diaplup mode, I never faced such problem. I am not happy with this purchase.I am sending this product back to them, even when I am not sure for refund. I am ready to bear courier charges. It is minimum courtesy that the product be tested before sending it to the buyer.

Bigbest refund the money to the wallet. I bought TPlink 1 Gps LAN router. The product is working fine. Thank you for resolving the issue
