Review:
I signed up for the “Remote Jobs Workshop” hosted by Shikhar Suri after seeing ads that promised a live session teaching how to earn ₹1–5 lakh/month through remote work. The entry fee was only ₹99, so I decided to give it a try. However, the entire experience was disappointing and felt misleading from start to finish.
Here’s what went wrong:
🕐 Not a Live Session: Despite being marketed as a “Live Workshop, ” the video was completely pre-recorded. There was no interaction, no live chat, and no real-time support.
💰 Exaggerated Earnings Claims: The presenter made bold claims like earning lakhs per month with no prior experience. These claims were never backed by any real, verifiable strategy. It came across as too good to be true, and it was.
🧠 AI-Generated Income Proofs: Several income screenshots and client dashboards were shown, but upon closer observation, they were either AI-generated or digitally altered. The formatting inconsistencies and design errors were clear signs.
🙅 No Refund Despite Issues: When I reached out for a refund citing misrepresentation, I was told that no refunds are allowed—even though the session didn’t match what was advertised.
🧪 Questionable Testimonials: The testimonials shown during the session appeared to use stock photos or AI avatars—not real students or users. There was no transparency about their authenticity.
✅ What I wish I knew before buying:
I wish I had checked for independent reviews beforehand. The flashy claims and urgency around “limited seats” were just marketing pressure tactics.
❌ Would I recommend it?
No. This workshop may look appealing at first, especially at a low price, but it’s important to look beyond the marketing. There’s no depth in the content, and it relies heavily on emotional triggers and fabricated visuals. It may also lead into upselling more expensive programs without real value.
I hope this helps someone avoid a similar experience. Always research thoroughly, and look for real value—not just shiny claims.
