Overcharging of product delivery services by big foot retail who is a shipping aggregator for fedex, aramex, gati, xpressbees, ecom express, blue dart, dotzot and delhivery. It provides these services through their portal shiprocket.in, wherein mainly xpressbees and delhivery is overcharging for the same products which were sent earlier. Also 1 package from holisol which they have discontinued wherein the rto was initiated but it's been more than 2 months now and he have not received the same as yet.
