I ordered apple phone cover online from shopplux (BigFoot Retail Solutions Pvt) company on 8th feb 2024 with order id #4219 @ 849 Rs Mobile Cover (Arctic Metal Ultimate Heat Defender) . I did not get the item I ordered, I received the wrong item. I am not getting contact with shopplux company because email id is getting blocked and phone number is invalid. Shopplux (BigFoot Retail Solutions Pvt) truly fraud company.
