BIGGCART.COM — My order no 12065 was not delivered for many days and also no response from CCavenue or Biggcart

I booked order no 12065 at a cost of Rs.699. Though the amount was debited and I received the order no, biggcart is still showing it as unbooked and CCavenue which is the payment gateway is also not responding inspite of raising ticket. It is a case of cheating by both CCavenue and Biggcart. Please do not buy by making payment through CCavenue and on Biggcart. Select only Cash on Delivery method. Beware of sites like Biggcart which does not support Cash on Delivery system. They are taking money from customers like me with connivance from CCavenue and dumping the customers thereafter. Beware!!
